Hey thanks Gaurav. I left a few private notes, I saw some non-standard English usage here and there so I pointed it out.
but the main coaching about this piece I would give you is the build up to a climax. It’s tough to do in a piece like this which is “day in the life”, diary form. Because that tends to lead you into a one-thing-follows another kind of rhythm. But don’t be fooled, even though it looks like a diary, it is a story. And stories must have rising tension to a climax. Even little blog stories. I am going to do a little video tutorial soon about climaxes and endings and I will let you know how to watch it soon. Good job though, I am a dog owner and a dog lover and a slave to my dog too so I could totally relate! I actually miss my dog so much right now reading your story made me cry, as I am overseas and my dog is back in Los Angeles. 😒
