I am the fastest typer on planet earth I think. I really can type two million words a minute. It's amazing. But that's because I have so many branches, I can cover every single key. Most people just cover 8 and then thumbs on the space bar. I even have fingers on the number row and the function keys, plus on a desktop keyboard I can cover the calculator style number keyboard on the left, too, while some of my other fingers...well, I'm not going to tell you what they do.
