Why is Han Solo navigating sweaty-palmed through an asteroid field, when it’s obvious that a robo-pilot would be a better choice? Why are Luke and his friends risking their lives to blow up a shockingly vulnerable Death Star when a drone could do the job more effectively? And what the hell are all those people doing on the Death Star anyway — shovelling coal into the boilers? Surely an engineering feat of that magnitude would be fully automated.
