Well, Colleen, more important even than commenting and followers is having a catchy title. I think this title, for example, caught a lot of eyeballs. If I had just named it "Advice about Medium" or something it would not have gotten ten thousand claps. I wll look at some of your titles and let you know where you might be able to be catchier. It is rather sad that it comes down to titles, but trust me, it totally does, because the Medium reader has a zillion stories to choose from and you need to stand out.
