Well my publication true confessional Is a huge failure so I’m not very good at starting pubs the Haven which is a huge success grew before I joined as chief editor I have no idea how but they are attracted thousands and thousands of viewers and writers I would say going around to other riders and asking them to perm contribute to your publications seems like a good idea I never really spent the time on that I asked a few people but I think you need to ask hundreds of people to submit some thing every now and then I get requests in the responses to join a publication and I usually do not always but usually that seems to be the good idea just put requests in the response to a wtiter that you like and don’t make them send you an email just say if you respond to this comment I will add you I think that extra step of sending the email deters a lot of people from signing up
