Wow, I love how you printed part of this as an actual government leaflet. You must be a graphic artist because that is very beautifully done. You do know biscuits are scones made without eggs in the USA. So we do need that leaflet explaining why on earth the english call cookies biscuits and not cookies. Because they are so obviously cookies. Which also begs the question, I do realize, why on earth would we make a scone without egg? Wouldn't it be mealy and horrible? Yes actually. But we love them!
